Motorcyclist Ejected In Rear-End Route 17 Crash (Update) A 19-year-old motorcyclist from Moonachie was hospitalized after he was ejected during a rear-end crash early Tuesday with a Tesla on Route 17, authorities said. Trapped Construction Worker Dies In NJ Trench Tragedy: Police A construction worker was killed after he was trapped in a large hole in Kenilworth on the morning of Monday, May 6, authorities said. Around 9 a.m., the construction workers were attempting to install a storm drain in the back of the business on Monroe Avenue using an excavator when the man became trapped, Kenilworth police said. First responders attempted life saving measures but the worker, who has not been identified, was pronounced dead at the scene. The Occupational Health and Safety Administration said it is investigating.

Boy Pulls Knife, Robs Victim At Middle School On Long Island: Police An alleged robbery on a Long Island middle school’s soccer field has led to the arrest of a boy, police said. It happened on Thursday, May 2 in Uniondale, according to Nassau County Police.
